Dr. Raniah Aljeaid is a Consultant Neonatologist & Neonatal Follow-Up, Deputy Program Director of Neonatal-Perinatal Fellowship at King Fahad Armed Forces Hospital (KFAFH). She received her medical degree from King Abdulaziz University, Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, and trained in neonatal-perinatal medicine. Following this, she completed a subspecialty fellowship in Neonatal Follow-Up at Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre, University of Toronto, Canada.
Dr. Aljeaid leads the neonatal follow-up program at KFAFH and is actively promoting family-centered care for NICU graduates.
Dr. Aljeaid has a strong interest in the early diagnosis of cerebral palsy, the behavioral phenotype of prematurity, and is leading projects aimed at improving neurodevelopmental outcomes among preterm infants.
