Welcome to the ChildeX Abstract Submission Page. We invite researchers and professionals to submit their abstracts, case reports, or case series. By submitting your work to ChildeX, you will have the opportunity to present your research to a wider audience and leading experts in the field.

Please read the instructions carefully before submitting your abstract, case report, or case series. When you are ready, click the Continue button below, complete all the required information, and submit your entry.
Abstracts must not have been previously published or presented at another conference or meeting.
Accepted abstracts will be included in the ChildeX program.
The presenting author will be required to present the abstract in one of the following sessions:
Oral Presentation
Poster Presentation
The ChildeX Program Committee will determine the appropriate session for each accepted abstract.
Clinical cases should provide a detailed report of symptoms, signs, diagnosis, and management, including follow-up where appropriate for an individual patient or a series of patients.
Patient demographics may be included; however, no patient-identifiable information should appear in the submission.
These reports are typically considered for unusual or novel clinical occurrences or to highlight innovative approaches to problem-solving in clinical practice.
All abstracts must follow the format described below.
Submissions must be written in English.
Abstracts should be submitted in MS Word or PowerPoint format.
The abstract should not exceed 300 words (excluding the title, author information, tables/figures, and references).
Each submission must include Title, Authors, and Main Text.
The title should accurately reflect the study.
It should contain no more than 10–12 words.
Titles should not be written in all capital letters.
Include the full name and email address of all authors.
The presenting author must be listed first.
All listed authors should have contributed to the study by conceiving, designing, collecting data, analyzing results, and preparing the abstract.
Every author must review and approve the abstract before submission.
Please structure the main text using the following format:
Introduction / Background – Why was the study conducted?
Aims and Objectives – What was the purpose of the study?
Methodology – How was the study conducted?
Results – What were the key findings?
Conclusion – What do the results mean?
A maximum of three references may be included.
References should only be added when necessary and relevant.
A maximum of one table may be included.
Up to two figures are allowed.
All images must have a minimum resolution of 300 dpi.
Use clear and concise sentences.
Ensure consistent formatting for numbers throughout the abstract.
Include only information relevant to the study’s aims and objectives.
